La mia è una recensione sull’asporto e sulla qualità della pizza senza glutine. Ho scoperto quattro mesi fa di essere celiaca, sono quattro mesi, dunque, che cerco una pizzeria di riferimento che faccia delle buone pizze senza glutine e credo proprio di averla trovata. L’impasto risulta essere leggero, ben cotto e ben lievitato, la qualità degli ingredienti è alta. Sulla cottura e la leggerezza dell’impasto io ci tengo molto perché ho avuto spesso a che fare con pizze crude, bruciate sotto e molto pesanti. Quindi stra-consiglio questa pizzeria a tutti i celiaci in cerca di una pizza che soddisfi tanto, la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva.

Locale accogliente e ben tenuto con personale disponibile e gentile. Complimenti alla ragazza di sala brava gentile e garbata. Complimenti si ragazzi pizzaioli. Consiglio vivamente la pizza gluten free poiché veramente buona e addirittura superiore a quella normale addizionale con impasto vero e non base surgelata. Disponibilità di molti prodotti gluten free

Ero stata gia diverse volte nella vecchia sede, e come allora, anche nel nuovo locale (molto carino) sono rimasta felice perché attrezzati abbastanza per il senza glutine e senza lattosio, ma non mi soddisfa a pieno. Buona la pizza senza glutine ma non mi fa dire "wow ci devo ritornare". Sicuramente però è un posto dove si può essere tranquilli sotto l'aspetto della contaminazione e un posto di riferimento del senza glutine della zona. La mozzarella senza lattosio buona e anche gli ingredienti usati sembrano essere di buona qualità. Il personale è un po lento e caotico.
